 Welcome back to Midway Star Academy! We are excited to welcome our students, families, and staff for the new school year beginning August 24. This year is especially exciting as we will finally begin using our newly expanded school space, allowing us to provide even greater opportunities for student success. Please note that the main entrance has been relocated to the northwest side of the building. We invite all families to stop by and see the exciting additions for themselves. Our expanded facility will enable us to offer smaller class sizes, increased intervention support, and enhanced learning opportunities. In addition, students in grades 6–8 will receive double instruction in Math and English Language Arts, working with two math teachers and two English teachers each day to help accelerate learning and close achievement gaps. We are also excited to welcome additional teachers to our team this year, further strengthening our ability to provide individualized instruction and support for every student. If you have a child who is eligible for kindergarten and has not yet enrolled them, we encourage you to complete the enrollment process as soon as possible so they can begin their educational journey with us. We look forward to partnering with our families to make this our best school year yet, and can't wait to see everyone back on August 24!
